What I Offer
Therapy Tailored to You
Every person who walks through my door carries a unique story. I offer a range of specialized services — each grounded in evidence-based approaches and shaped around your individual needs, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
One-on-one support for adults
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a confidential space where you can speak freely, process what's weighing on you, and build practical tools for lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life transition, our sessions are shaped entirely around you. I draw on CBT, DBT, and EMDR — not as rigid scripts, but as flexible tools I adapt to your pace and goals.
- Anxiety, depression & mood concerns
- Life transitions & identity work
- Trauma processing & PTSD
- Coping skills & emotional regulation
- In-person & telehealth available
For teens 14+ and their families
Adolescent & Family Therapy
Working with adolescents requires genuine rapport — not just clinical technique. I meet teens where they are, building trust before anything else. Caregivers are integrated collaboratively throughout the process, strengthening family communication while honoring the adolescent's growing need for autonomy. Together, we create a foundation that supports the whole family system.
- Teens ages 14 and older
- Family communication & dynamics
- Eating disorders in adolescents
- Anxiety, self-esteem & identity
Specialized trauma processing
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based approach for healing trauma and PTSD. Endorsed by the World Health Organization, the American Psychological Association, and the VA, EMDR helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer hold the same emotional charge. Sessions are conducted in-person at my Gilbert office.
- PTSD & complex trauma
- Single-incident trauma (accidents, assault)
- Childhood & developmental trauma
- Endorsed by WHO, APA & the VA
- In-person sessions only
For those who carry the weight
First Responders & Families
First responders — firefighters, law enforcement, paramedics, dispatchers — face a kind of cumulative stress that most people never see. I provide a confidential, judgment-free space built specifically for this community and their families. You spend your life holding others. Here, you get to be the one who is held.
- Firefighters, law enforcement & paramedics
- Dispatchers & corrections officers
- Spouses, partners & family members
- Cumulative trauma & moral injury
- Flexible scheduling around shift work
How I Work
No matter which service brings you in, my approach stays the same: strengths-based, trauma-informed, and built around you. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership — where you feel truly heard, never judged, and always in the driver's seat of your own healing.
