Redefine Your Future
Therapy can help people have a safe place to revisit their most difficult times. Together, we can explore what is not working and create a new path forward. I am so often amazed by the resilience of humanity and it is my honor to sit with you, hear your story, care about your emotions and support you in reclaiming your innate wholeness.
Sheri Robenstine, LPC, MA
"I always feel very heard and understood by you. It means a lot to me knowing your office is a safe place — especially when so many places just don't feel safe and comfortable. I think your office feels like the safest place to me."
A Safe Space to Redefine Who You Are
I have been dedicated to the mental health field since 2008, and I still feel the weight and privilege of that work every day. I earned my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University and trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — and over 18 years, I have had the honor of sitting with people through some of the most tender and difficult chapters of their lives. I specialize in eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression, drawing on CBT, DBT, and EMDR — not as rigid frameworks, but as tools I shape around you. I believe deeply in a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, because I have seen what becomes possible when someone finally feels truly seen and supported. I also carry a deep passion for working with first responders and their families.
"My intention is to support you and offer skills that can aid you in redefining your future."

Adolescent & Family Therapy
Working with teens (14+) requires building genuine rapport and trust. I integrate caregivers collaboratively, strengthening family dynamics while honoring the adolescent's need for independence.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized, in-person approach for PTSD and trauma. Conducted in the comfort of my Gilbert office, this modality helps your brain process and heal from distressing memories.
First Responders & Families
First responders carry a weight most people never see. Sheri provides a confidential space built for firefighters, law enforcement, paramedics, and their families — a place where you can finally be the one who is held.
