Hello! My name is Sheri Robenstine and I have been working in the mental health field since 2003. I graduated with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in 2008. I then participated in a residency program where I was able to learn DBT in order to help others gain coping skills to manage extreme emotions.
I have a passion for working with those coping with eating disorders, anxiety, depression and trauma. I utilize a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy that includes modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My intention is to support you and offer skills that can aid you in redefining your future.

I have lived in Arizona since 1991 and in Gilbert since 2007. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my two dogs, Stella and Hazel. I find joy in baking, a good TV show and a nice spa day.
